Monday's Water Fasting

#75HARD DAY 16 - Complete



Monday's Water Fast- Complete
I drank 1 gal of water, now food or juices.  Stayed busy playing online chess, reading, 2-45min workouts, read 10+ pages of nonfiction and walked to the store to pick up a few grocery items.

All in all, I'm ok with how the day went. One has to always fight off the urge to have some food [stay out of the kitchen].

Have a good night. Lord willing I will have a nice breakfast for accomplishing the 2nd Monday Fast.

Murals Galore

#75HARD DAY 15- Check ✔
 Today was a good day to travel the canals west and take in some of the murals in Phoenix. Dinner was mashed potatoes and cabbage. After these 10 pages, I will shut it down. Tomorrow is water fasting Monday. This will be my second week. LOL The facilitator for the Monday fast just emailed me.  Enjoy the photos and videos. It was a good day.



The day started with fried potatoes, toast and coffee.

Chill walk tonight

#75HARD Day 15. Done!  So Sunday I'm going for a 9pm completion.  Facilitated a  DV class today. That took most of the day which left the remained of the evening to finish all tasks.  I was going to go for a ride after class but that didn't happen. I took a few hours of r & r and decided around 10pm that my second 45 min work out was going to be a late-night walk. 


Streets were ghost-like, the excitement was dancing off the lake.

Plugging along.....#14 Friday

I was so tired yesterday/last night I just went to bed. How ever #75HARD completed. I think the highlight was an hour late-night ride. Drinking a gallon of water is still my main challenge. One day I would like to have that completed by 9pm.


I had some tabouli that I bought that was pretty bland.  I seasoned it up, mixed it with some rice and topped it off with some flavorful falafel.  Bam!!!  🔥

#75HARD DAY 13

Well alright! It's almost midnight and the #75HARD checklist is complete.  I started the day with a colorful plate and then headed out for a 3 hr bike ride.  Later in the afternoon I even went for a walk. It felt good. I normally don't walk on the same day as I ride.  At the end of the walk, I stopped in Whole Foods for some vegan grub for a few days.  Most of the evening was spent reading and what turned out to be a 3rd workout.  Overall it was a good day. I just have to start drinking the water much earlier.  Folks have a great day.








Today was a good day. I should feel a lot better with more sleep tonight.  Goos night.

#75Hard Day 11 &12

Ok. I've got to do better with the days. Anyway, Tuesday Day #11 was a great day for a bike ride. However, if you don't finish your task you have to start over. That didn't happen. I was up late finishing my water, 2nd workout and 10 pages of reading.

Wednesday, #12. Yes! After fast on Monday, endurance ride on Tuesday I had one of the most productive rides this year with the Wednesday Night Riders. I felt great and have a wonderful time. Six Feet, that's the rule nowadays. Be safe.

I have a bunch of photos for you to enjoy. These days are challenging and rewarding as well.
