Inspired to grill.

Somewhat. I saw this post from my classmate Patti Jackson and the rest is history. Pretty sure hers was done in the oven.  Same concept though.  Grab what you have and make it happen. Iron skillet, olive oil, potatoes, onions, green peppers, soul-fu, kelp, salt and pepper. If you notice the foil that would be my hot peppers.

Basil seems to end up on a lot of dishes. I have a garden full that's why.

I was always told to clean my plate. Great job.

So get that grill fired up and post something.

Peace.

Snickers.....

Thanks to Sarah Jung I will be trying this raw take on snickers because they are one of my favorite candy bars.

Enjoy!

What to do with a few items in the fridge

Can you say stir fry. Works for just about every fruit, veggies, nuts and seaweed. So I end up with some left over rice, onions, green pepper, kelp, soul-fu(smoke tofu, this tofu is available only in AZ) and garnished with fresh basil from the garden. Splash the Bragg's please!

Now after enjoying that I had a sweet tooth. I used some leftover cinnamon apples, vegan toast and of course a sprig of basil and fresh drip brewed Java.

Ok time for some r and r. Have a wonderful day.  Peace.

Fresh from the garden.

It's a no brainer. Grow thinks you can eat. I've had gardens off and on. The end of last year I thought I would give it ago again.

         FRESH FROM THE GARDEN

Have a great day!  Peace
