I've been away for a minute. I came off vacation and was on somewhat of a cheat mode. Well I'm back and trying to get back on track. I've been riding the bike more preparing for trip in February. I'll keep you posted with the training and eating [of course]. So far my training/grub has be all natural. Anyone taking a cross country ride [ride a portion with me] in 2015 starting from the west coast give me a shout out. It's on my "Bucket List"......Peace
