I've been battling Lays lately. You know, veggie sandwich with Lays on the side. The solution? I bought a bag of organic carrots and as one raw foodist suggest, all you need is a knife and a cutting board. So for today the carrots won and I feel good knowing nutritionally the carrot will always win. What junk foods are you trying to kick to the curb?
