Smoothie Time!!!!

After a day of water fasting on Monday, Tuesday morning was going to be smoothie time!  Man was it good. Give it a try.  Cherries, blackberries, strawberries, bananas and almond milk.


From water fasting to "Smoothie Time"!

Ran around taking care of a few errands.  Late in the afternoon, I headed out for a little training ride/therapy.  Afterward, I treated myself to some vegan chili.  Yes, I had a few Oreo's and enjoyed them too.

The rest of the night was spent completing #75HARD.
