Not a bad day at all. One orange and date before Da Morning Show Ride. Energy up and down when the pace was 19-20. Detox starts talking to the body around that speed not to mention it was 48-50 degrees this morning.
The rest of the day I was fueled by a smoothie and for the rest of the day and evening oranges and apples.
Tomorrows temp at the start of The Friday Donut and Coffee Ride will be around 45-47. Burr.......
It will also be the second Friday of the Fruit Feast which means I'll pick up a danish to bring home to add to week ones danish in the freezer. More importantly this is a chill ride. Folks get to engage in different conversations along the route and at SOJO's Vegan Donuts. Bam!
