5/21 Fruit Fast

UpJust finished exercise routine and now headed to the kitchen for a watermelon and blueberry smoothie. 

After that I'll head to the patio for 20 min of sun. 

If you do a fast like this make sure you have plenty of fruit on hand and prepped.

It helps when you get hungry and want to reach for the fill in the blank.
