Made it out of bed, bowed to The Most High and went on a ride this morning. Riding through Guadalupe and this right here:
At the end of my ride I spoke with an older lady riding her bike. Our discussion was about health, fitness, one body and taking care of it for as long as you can.
Made it home and hit the patio for some reading. #TheNewJimCrow I recommend this because although we live in a supposed "Color Blind Society" on must be care not to be "Blinded" or "Blindsided" by the "Propaganda Machine". Have a great day and show some love.
