Here's to a wonderful day. Enjoy what life has to offer. Eat more of your favorite fruits. Eat when you are hungry. Try to cut down on processed foods. Exercise(keep moving). 

Todays breafast was around 9:30am. A smoothie (grapes, blackberries, bananas and distilled water). 


Made a trip to the store for some fruit and run into this. 

Made my way to the fruit section with no problem. Watermelon, strawberries and a watermelon. 

Nice afternoon meal.
