Well alright! It's almost midnight and the #75HARD checklist is complete. I started the day with a colorful plate and then headed out for a 3 hr bike ride. Later in the afternoon I even went for a walk. It felt good. I normally don't walk on the same day as I ride. At the end of the walk, I stopped in Whole Foods for some vegan grub for a few days. Most of the evening was spent reading and what turned out to be a 3rd workout. Overall it was a good day. I just have to start drinking the water much earlier. Folks have a great day.
Today was a good day. I should feel a lot better with more sleep tonight. Goos night.
