Got some welled needed rest today. Started the day with banana, raspberry, pineapple, apple and strawberry smoothie. The rest of the day for the most part was rest and relax. I did make a trip to the store for fruit and ate a bag of oranges during the late afternoon/evening hours.
Now I need to get ready for that #4amRoll with Da Morning Show. Second week is on.......#FruitItUp
