ScienceDaily (Oct. 30, 2012) — A single junk food meal -- composed mainly of saturated fat -- is detrimental to the health of the arteries, while no damage occurs after consuming a Mediterranean meal rich in good fats such as mono-and polyunsaturated fatty acids, according to researchers at the University of Montreal-affiliated ÉPIC Center of the Montreal Heart Institute. The Mediterranean meal may even have a positive effect on the arteries.

No junk food for me today! I'll try it again tomorrow. This RAVE thing is getting pretty kool. Actually tasting fruits and veggies like never before. As a matter of fact for my desert I made a banana and blackberry smoothie. Tasty! I'll put the pic of later today.
FYI: If you are not sure how much processed food you eat keep a container to put all those packages and cans in. At the end of the week evaluate.....RAVE
