Bok Choy!

Yep. My neighbor gave me some to eat and plant along with some fresh basil and onions. I put the bok choy to use right away with some brown rice. So as I sit in the sun I am enjoying.......

The Dates Have Arrived!

My first time ordering fresh dates. Oh my!

Yes I was excited and rushed to the door when I herd the doorbell. They came right on time as promised.

Couldn't wait to try them. 

No it's not missing a cart. I've already started on them. Nothing like "Fresh" dates.  The Date People are on it. Give them a try if like date and taste the difference.

Rainy Ride.....

.....and pasta. What a great day for a ride. Started out with clouds and then came the rain. Once the road grime was washed off it was time for some pasta.

Just happened to be walking around a strip mall and at the end was paridise! Organic Vegan gem.

Fresh Corn, Cactus, Beet and Blue Corn Tortillas

Stopped by the market picked up a fresh batch of tortillas and the rest is history. Grape seed oil, bok choy, mushrooms, carrots, almond cheese and sauce and seasonings of your liking.  Enjoy

Cuc's on sale....

.....that means cucumber salad. Cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, red onions, lime, olive oil, basil, hemp seeds, and a pinch of sea salt. Tasty!
